Bill Bowden Event Logistics have again been officially recommended the freight contractor for the British Group of companies at ISPO 2018. Our staff has worked at this event for the past 17 years.  This has given us a wealth of knowledge, proven experience and makes us the dependable choice for your event logistics for ISPO Munich.

As the official contractor for the British Pavilion, you can rely on Bill Bowden Event Logistics to deliver the highest level of service as we are committed only to the British companies.  We do not sub-contract our delivery and collection service on-site nor have third parties represent us.

Our fully inclusive services are as follows

• Pick-up from your location in the UK
• Receiving at our Gatwick warehouse where we check weigh, measure and label your shipment
• Loading to our own vehicle
• Transport to Munich using the Channel Tunnel, including payment of all required taxes and carrying all legally required documentation when travelling through Europe
• Arrival at Munich Messe ahead of the delivery day
• Unloading and delivery to your stand for when you arrive
• Labelling of empty packing, removal, storage during the event and return to you after the close of the show
• Roy to meet with you on your stand prior to the close of the event
• Reloading to our truck
• Return transportation to our warehouse

Based on delivery to stand                             Saturday 27^th January**

Last warehouse receiving date                      Monday 22nd  January

Last collection date                                          Friday 19^th January

Orders placed before the 22^nd December 2017 will receive a 10% discount on their final invoice.

** If you need to receive your shipment on-site sooner than the 27^th January , please let us know in advance.
